You'll use Specialized's BG Deflect Gloves almost year-round. Wind- and water-resistant soft shell outers combine with fleece inners to keep your hands warm and dry even when temps are in the lower 40s. They also feature Specialized's Body Geometry construction that puts thin padding in strategic areas for superior pressure distribution. You'll also love their long cuffs, durable palms, and absorbent thumbs for face wiping.
With your hand flat, measure around your knuckles — do not include your thumb.

Comments:
I use these gloves exclusively for mountain biking and they are great. Good fit that shapes to your hands once broken in. I have worn them in all weather except blistering heat and they have been comfy, although they are best for cold to mild weather rides. Definitely do a good job of being windproof, keeping in the warmth, and water resistant in the rain (hands wet after about 30 minutes of steady rain fall riding) and dry very well. Only negatives I have are: -they are not the best breathing clothes, but they are not meant to be and more often than not is a non-issue. -from a mtn. biking perspective they could use slightly more padding, but for road biking and commuting they would be perfect. Overall a great set of gloves at a real good price

Comments:
These are great gloves. If you like the BG padding (which I do) they are perfect. Have ridden in these in temps down to 30F. I tend to have poor circulation in my hands anyway while riding so these help to keep the blood flowing without being too hot. they remind me of those Under Armor gloves only with padding like any normal fingerless glove might have. These are also my winter driving gloves. Good grip and comfort to wear all day.
